I read Michael Stephens article. It is apparent that his comments are right on key. In order for libraries to survive in this technological world, they too must move forward. It is obvious that the powers to be in charge of the many libraries are aware of this. Hence the Md.23! Thanks for the opportunity to learn!!!!
